Best Time For Jogging - Best Time To Jog For Fitness, No Gym Required
Keeping fit and maintaining weight is serious business for some people, including myself. We all have different forms as to how we keep fit and maintain our individual weights. One popular form is jogging.

Jogging, which is an aerobic exercise, is one of the simplest ways to keep fit, lose and maintain your weight. It burns fat and calories. It Also boosts blood circulation, and helps you excrete toxins and other waste substances from the body through perspiration (sweating). If done correctly, one could burn up to 200 calories within 30 minutes or even more. Best thing is, it doesn't require a gym to. I call it free fitness.

You can always do the jog workout anywhere. No need to starting worrying about gyms near you or treadmills. One dilemma a lot of people face is what time is the best fo their jogging routine. Though, experts say the best time to jog is from late afternoon to early evening but we all have other things to do in our lives.  There are factors to consider like,
  • Having kids to prepare and cater for.
  • Work schedule.
  • Preparing for lectures. (Students)
  • Unforeseen circumstances.
First, you need to consider a time plan that fits into your lifestyle perfectly. If this is not done, you may lose interest in even jogging at all. I would be listing suitable times for jogging for three categories of people; Students, the working class and people with kids. This is to help them plan their jogging routine better.

  •  MORNING:  6:00am - 7:00am (1 hour jog) | 6:30am - 7:00am (30 minutes jog)
  • AFTERNOON: No jogging required. Take walks to short distances like the lecture hall, study group, food stands, laboratory e.t.c
  • EVENING: 6:00pm - 7:00pm (1 hour jog) | 6:30pm - 7:00pm (30 minutes jog)

  • MORNING: 5:30am - 6:30am (1 hour jog) | 6:00am - 6:30am (30 minutes)
  • AFTERNOON: Lunchbreak jog [optional] - 12:30pm - 1:00pm or 1:00pm - 1 (30 minutes jog on a spot)
  • EVENING: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (1 hour jog) | 6:30pm - 7:00pm (30 minutes jog)

  • MORNING: 5:00am - 6:00am (1 hour jog) | 5:30am - 6:00am (30 minutes) Before The Kids Wake Up 😊😊
  • AFTERNOON: Lunchbreak jog [optional] - 12:30pm - 1:00pm or 1:00pm - 1:30pm (30 minutes jog on a spot) This is in an event that you are a working class individual but you can also do this at home.
  • EVENING: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (1 hour jog) | 6:30pm - 7:00pm (30 minutes jog) | It is advisable to do this one a spot or around the home so as not to be far from your kids.
These are the suitable times for jogging but you can always tweak it to your work with your schedule. To each, his/her own.
